Anarchy's Rogue Rubikan - Episode 6
Rogue Rubikan - Dangerous Times

A quick and dirty update ...

Last week I was unable to give an update on the activities surrounding further investigation into the Rogue Rubikan story due to limited and often unavailable telecommunication signals (we must update our news equipment). However, I can report that I was able to meet with the Rogue Rubikan, and as a result, reviewed some documented evidence with regard to the hidden operation that has infiltrated our food industry. This situation is far more reaching than I had imagined, and I'm afraid it's going to take more than just the Rogue Rubikan, his sister, and I to bring this corrupt operation down. The three of us pushed the envelope a bit in our undercover exploring and were nearly captured. I have to hand it to the Rogue Rubikan though, for knowing the lay of the land as well as he does, because if it weren't for him, we could have found ourselves in some very dangerous times.

After getting back to our place of operation, the Rogue Rubikan, his sister, and I spent time formulating a plan that would allow us to get deeper into the organization. However, part of that plan will include getting the community involved in some safe and observed way, but I don't have time at this moment to give any details. We are on the move, and going into territory so remote, I'm not sure if I will have time to give further information, but if I get a break, I will see if my Editor will allow me to slip a report in on an off day.

In the meantime, continue to be careful when purchasing food items from local street vendors, and in particular, the Bronto Burgers. I shudder to think how many times after a long day at the newspaper that I stopped by Mongol Meats in Old Athen and grabbed a burger because I was too tired to cook. For now, I have sworn off Bronto Burgers, and perhaps that's what the rest of the community should do. I will get back with you regarding our plan, but we are working on a way to encrypt it so that the information doesn't get into the wrong hands. However, I can tell you at this point, that they're not very bright in some respects, so perhaps that's just what we need to do to bring them out into the open.

I'll get back to you with the details. Stay safe.

StarChaser9
Rubi-Ka Times Reporter
Mar 18, 2009

DISCUSSION OF EPISODE 6 HERE
(you must be a member of the JSA forum to view)

.
